Khunjerab

Situated 4,600 meters above the sea level, Khunjerab Pass is the highest mountain pass in the Karakoram Mountains in the northern areas of Pakistan – the district of Gilgit Baltistan, and in the southwest of China – the zone of Xinjiang.

The Khunjerab Pass is the highest border crossing around the globe and the highest point in the Karakoram Highways with an altitude of 4,693 m/ 15,397 ft.
