1.     Account settings

  1. How do I update my profile photo?
  • Go to your Profile and move the cursor on the profile image, Edit Button appears. Click on it and update the image.
  • Alternatively, go to Account setting by clicking the three dots at the right-hand corner on the header. Click on Profile settings, and Personal information page will appear. Clicks on the profile image.
  • Select Photo and click "Update Profile."

 

  1. How do I update my cover photo?
  • Go to your Profile and move the cursor on the Cover image, Edit Button appears. Click on it and update the Cover image.
  • Alternatively, you can go to the Account setting by clicking the three dots at the right corner on the header. Click on Profile settings, and Personal information page will appear.
  • Click on the cover photo. And Select Photo.
  • Click "Update Profile".

C. How do I report others' user profiles?

  • Go to the user profile you want to report by clicking on their profile image, if you find them on explore/community or in your followers/following list.
  • If He/she is not in your following/follower list, then search specific users from the search feature located on home/explore/community page. And, go to their Profile.
  • On their Profile, move the cursor to three dots at the right corner, under the cover image. Select ''Report Profile '‘.
  • Report popup will appear, select one reason from given Options and enter your comment if you want to explain something.
  • Click "Submit".

 

D. How do I add my social account information?

  • Go to Account settings from the three dots menu at the upper right corner. Click & Open Profile settings.
  • A personal information page will appear. Click on the social accounts field where you want to add/update information.
  • Click "Update Profile".

 

E. How do I change my password?

  • Go to Account settings from the right corner on the three dots menu. Click & Open Profile settings.
  • Click "Change password". It will open the "Change Password" page.·        
  • Add your Current, New and Confirm password.
  • New & Confirm passwords should be the same.
  • Click "Change password".

 

 

2.  Social

How do I add a post?

  • Go to the Community page.
  • Click on the "What's your story" or "Post" button.
  • Create post Popup will appear.
  • Add your "Title", "Description", "Hashtags" and "upload photos".
  • Click "Post".

Or you can find the "Create Post "link from quick links (Create icon) on the header.       

A. How do I report other users' posts?·      

  • You can Report the posts of other users who are either your followers or not. If You find something suspicious in it, just move your cursor to the three dots on the right-hand side of their post.
  • Click on "Report Post".
  • A report popup will appear, select one reason from given Options and Enter your comment if you want to explain something.
  • Click "Submit".

         

B. Can I share my and other users' posts?

  • Yes! You can share your and other users' posts on social platforms, either on your wall or on some group. To share it, you have to follow these steps:
  • Go to the community, explore or profile.
  • Move your cursor to "share "on the lower right corner of the post.
  • Select "Share on the wall" to share on your wall or select "More Options" to share it on social accounts Facebook, twitter etc.

C. How do I update my post?

  • Locate your post from your Profile or on the community that you want to edit.
  • Click on the three dots right Just above your post image/video. Select "Edit Post".
  • Update your details and click "Update".

D. How do I delete my post?

  • Locate your post from your Profile or from the community which you want to delete.
  • Click on the three dots on the right Just above your post image/video. Select "Delete Post".

E. How do I follow someone?

  • To follow someone, click on the "follow" button on the right-hand side of their post on Explore.
  • Alternatively, you can also follow someone by visiting their Profile and clicking the follow button.

Groups / Community

  1. How do I create a group?
    1. To create a group, go to your Profile. Click on the "Groups" tab on the profile page.
    2. On Group Page, click on the "Create Group" button just below your profile image.
    3. Add your details. And click on "Create Group".
    4. Or you can open Groups page from the manage block on the community just below the profile section.
  2. How do I join a group?
    1. To join a group, go to the community page, find "Join Group" from the right side just below the "Who to follow".
    2. Click on any group name or group image if you want to visit its page.
    3. Or click on "Join".
  3. How do I edit my group details?
    1. Go to your Profile. Click on the "Groups" tab on the profile page.
    2. Open your group from the "Groups" block.
    3. Click on "Edit Group" on the right corner under the cover image.
    4. Edit your group details and click "Update Group".
  4. How do I post in a group?
    1. Locate the group on which you want to post.
    2. On the group page, click on "What's Your Story". Create post popup will appear.
    3. Add your details. And click "Post".
  5. How do I create an event?
    1. Go to the group detail page. Click on the "Events" tab on your group page.
    2. On the Event Page, click on the "Create Event" button just below your Group image.
    3. Add your details on the create an event page. And click on "Create Event".
  6. How do I share an event?
    1. On the event page, click "Share" on event lists and select a social account either Facebook or twitter or copy link to share on other sites.

3. Business Listing

  1. How do I add a Business?
  • Go to your Profile, click on the "Business" tab.
  • Click on "List Your business". It will show a business list on the dropdown.
  • Click on your Business which you want to add.
  • Choose your desired package. Click "Select".
  • Add data on basic info, address, and more detailed forms.
  • After filling, click "Submit".

Or you can open the "Business" page from three dots at the upper right-hand corner. Click on "Manage Business". And add your hotel details.

 

  1. How do I update my Business details?
  • Open "business" page from Profile. Locate your Business which you want to edit. Click the "Edit" button. Edit business page will be opened.
  • Edit your details and click "Submit".
  • Or You can edit form by opening your Business detail page. To do this, click on "View", from Your business list right after the ''Edit '' button. It will open the Business detail page.
  • Click on the "Edit" button located on the cover photo.
  1. Do I have to be paid to add a hotel?
  • Yes! You have to be paid if you want to publish basic, advance or corporate hotel.
  1. How can I get notified when my Business gets published?
  • When you add your Business, we mark it published after reviewing your information. And you will be notified by an Email upon successful publication of your Business.

4. Business Advertisements

  How do I promote my Business?

  • Go to your business detail page, click on the "Promote business" button on the right-hand corner of the cover photo.
  • It will open a "Create New Ad" page with your business profile image and name attached.
  • Fill your details on Ad detail form. Click "Next".·             
  • Fill Details on "Payment method" form. Click "Next".·
  • Confirm your details on the confirmation page.
  • If you find something missing or want to add on any of two forms, click "back" and add/ change those details.
  • Click "Submit "on the confirmation page.

Bookings

How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to you on any booking you have made.
